Executive Management
Before taking over Atlantic, Larry attended Hofstra University. Soon after he graduated, he started his career with Xerox. Here, he gained his industry knowledge and an understanding of the customer.
Outside of the office, Larry continues to give back to his community. He is a board member of the National Kidney Foundation, St. Christopher’s Inc., and the Mariano Rivera Foundation, just to name a few. He also coached youth sports for over 30 years!
Although Larry is proud of what he has accomplished in business, nothing is more important to him than his family. And, you may even see a few other Weiss’ in our offices!
Prior to joining Atlantic, Kia worked at Xerox, where she gained her industry knowledge and expertise. She earned her degree in Communications Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego, where she was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
Before joining our team, Jason was a lawyer at a private firm. He earned his law degree from the Brooklyn Law School, and his economic degree from Emory University. He’s one smart cookie!
Outside of the office, Jason is active in his community, volunteering for multiple local organizations including Make a Wish and Spectrum 360.
Before joining our team, Joe was the Vice President of Service at Toshiba for 8 years! He also attended Rutgers University in New York.
Before joining Atlantic, Adam was a salesman at a business technology company down in Florida. He also earned his MBA at the University of Miami where he was a part of the ZBT fraternity. Adam also taught English in Spain for a few years!
When he is not busy planning out our future, Adam is volunteering on two NFP Boards, in addition to being an avid golfer and chef! Trust us, he’s an amazing cook!
Divisional Management
Prior to Atlantic, Luis worked for multiple manufacturers including Kodak, Siemens/Océ (now Canon) as well as Ricoh. He not only has the extensive experience, expertise, and knowledge to champion our key Production and Industrial Print initiatives but the passion and commitment to our client satisfaction in these key industry segments.
Outside of his professional day-to-day responsibilities, Luis is a board member of the PGCA (Print & Graphic Communications Association). His passion, however, is his work and association with the Mariano Rivera Foundation, enabling inner city youth looking to enter into the Graphic Communications industry.
Before joining the Atlantic family, Rob worked for the US Postal Service. When he is not in the office, Rob enjoys home improvement and spending time with his loved ones.
Before joining the ATO team, he was the Vice President of MPS Operations for a wholesaler. He earned his MBA at York College of Pennsylvania.
Outside of the office, Eric enjoys playing and watching soccer! He has played soccer since he was a kid.
His previous experience includes Lead IT Consultant and Director of Operations at other technology companies, where he gained project management and leadership experience.
Previously, Patti had her own consulting company that transitioned healthcare facilities to electronic document management solutions. She gained her education first-hand on the job!
Outside of the office, Patti volunteers for many different organizations and is an avid pickleball enthusiast!
Before joining our team, Caroline was the General Manager of an office equipment organization, where she gained her love for leadership. Outside of the office, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors playing golf, pickleball, and hiking.
