Larry Weiss

Back in 1982 Larry Weiss took over Atlantic and become the President and CEO. Larry prides himself on a customer-centric approach to business, along with a forward-thinking mindset, setting a high standard of excellence. Over the years, Larry has brought Atlantic from a small copier business to an office technology enterprise.

Before taking over Atlantic, Larry attended Hofstra University. Soon after he graduated, he started his career with Xerox. Here, he gained his industry knowledge and an understanding of the customer.

Outside of the office, Larry continues to give back to his community. He is a board member of the National Kidney Foundation, St. Christopher’s Inc., and the Mariano Rivera Foundation, just to name a few. He also coached youth sports for over 30 years!

Although Larry is proud of what he has accomplished in business, nothing is more important to him than his family. And, you may even see a few other Weiss’ in our offices!

Kia joined our team back in 2014 as our Director of Sales, and in 2020 she was promoted to Vice President of Sales! Every day Kia helps organizations improve the way they manage information, whether it be paper, digital, or combination of both.

Prior to joining Atlantic, Kia worked at Xerox, where she gained her industry knowledge and expertise. She earned her degree in Communications Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego, where she was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Jason Weiss

Jason joined the Atlantic team in 2012 as our Executive Vice President. He handles all corporate legal matters...

Jason joined the Atlantic team in 2012 as our Executive Vice President. He handles all corporate legal matters, as well as various business operations including strategic planning and risk management.

Before joining our team, Jason was a lawyer at a private firm. He earned his law degree from the Brooklyn Law School, and his economic degree from Emory University. He’s one smart cookie!

Outside of the office, Jason is active in his community, volunteering for multiple local organizations including Make a Wish and Spectrum 360.

Since 2012, Joe has been our Vice President of Service. In this role, Joe works to keep our techs up to date with new technology, training initiatives for new techs, and ensuring our clients recieve top notch service!

Before joining our team, Joe was the Vice President of Service at Toshiba for 8 years! He also attended Rutgers University in New York.

Adam Weiss

In 2007, Adam joined our team as our General Manager. Adam is responsible for the Technology Sales Team, marketing strategy, and planning the direction that our company is going to go in the future. Adam prides himself on how he was able to lead our Sales Team through the pandemic and come out stronger in the end.

Before joining Atlantic, Adam was a salesman at a business technology company down in Florida. He also earned his MBA at the University of Miami where he was a part of the ZBT fraternity. Adam also taught English in Spain for a few years!

When he is not busy planning out our future, Adam is volunteering on two NFP Boards, in addition to being an avid golfer and chef! Trust us, he’s an amazing cook!

Joel Sherman

Joel has been with Atlantic since 2008, when he joined our team as Senior Vice President of Business...

Joel has been with Atlantic since 2008, when he joined our team as Senior Vice President of Business Development. His main focuses are managing our sports and entertainment initiatives, managing ticket utilization, and working on our Atlantic Professional Development training. Joel has worked with the Devils, 76ers, Giants, Jets, and more!

Before starting with Atlantic, he owned and managed his own digital business systems company. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Union College.

Outside of work, Joel is a board member for multiple charities including Spectrum360, NJPAC Business Roundtable, and Virtual Enterprises, a nonprofit focused on developing high school students for a career in business!

Operations Manager

Ileana Fuentes

Illeana has been with Atlantic since 1998! During this time, Illeana has grown into her position of Director of Operations, where she is responsible for keeping our inventory up to date, processing orders, and training teams. Illeana prides herself on her ability to pivot upon demand and facing challenges including COVID and related supply chain issues.

Before joining our team, Illeana was a National Trainer and District Administrator for Neopost. Outside of the office, Illeana loves to garden! She proclaims that working with nature and getting your hands dirty is a great way to relieve stress.

Director of Professional Services & Software Solutions

Eric Knight

Eric joined the Atlantic team in 2010 as our Director of Professional Services & Software Solutions...

Eric joined the Atlantic team in 2010 as our Director of Professional Services & Software Solutions. In this role, Eric provides solutions to the business challenges that our clients face related to process improvement, scanning and printing applications, cost recovery, and security solutions. Eric has helped to implement a variety of technologies that have helped Atlantic become a leader in Remote Installation!

Eric attended Lafayette College where he acquired his Degree in Business and Economics. Before joining the Atlantic team, he worked as a sales rep getting to know the industry.

When Eric is not supporting our team, he enjoys mentoring the next generation of student athletes! He coaches wrestling, baseball, basketball, football, and even Cub Scouts. Eric also serves as a board member for the Northern Bergen Junior Football League!

Director of Marketing

James LaPenna

James has been a part of the Atlantic team since 2020 as our Director of Marketing. He helps plan, strategize...

James has been a part of the Atlantic team since 2020 as our Director of Marketing. He helps plan, strategize, and execute various marketing initiatives. James strives to collaborate with our Sales Team to improve Atlantic’s online presence and boost impressions.

Before joining our team, James was the North American Marketing Manager for a company based in Germany. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Dominican College.

When James is not in our office, he is watching The Office! James is also an avid sports fan, he’ll watch any team and any sport!

Vice President, Production & Industrial Print

Luis Villa

Luis, our VP of Production & Industrial Print, has been with Atlantic for slightly over a decade.

Luis, our VP of Production & Industrial Print, has been with Atlantic for slightly over a decade. He is not only responsible for managing our elite production technical analyst and workflow specialists’ teams, but he also supports, mentors and coaches our sales individuals/teams with on-going training, strategic development of key solutions as well as other key sales enablement activities. Being well-versed in industry trends and current available technologies, Luis is additionally responsible for investigating potential new technologies that meet our customer needs in the Production and Industrial Print spaces.
Prior to Atlantic, Luis worked for multiple manufacturers including Kodak, Siemens/Océ (now Canon) as well as Ricoh. He not only has the extensive experience, expertise, and knowledge to champion our key Production and Industrial Print initiatives but the passion and commitment to our client satisfaction in these key industry segments.
Outside of his professional day-to-day responsibilities, Luis is a board member of the PGCA (Print & Graphic Communications Association). His passion, however, is his work and association with the Mariano Rivera Foundation, enabling inner city youth looking to enter into the Graphic Communications industry.

Rob has been a part of the Atlantic team for over 31 years! As our Director of Sales Operations, Rob is responsible for CRM administration, software project development, data management, and business analytics. He has helped implement multiple software tools that organize and provide security measures for customer information.
Before joining the Atlantic family, Rob worked for the US Postal Service. When he is not in the office, Rob enjoys home improvement and spending time with his loved ones.

Eric joined the Atlantic team as our Director of Managed Print Operations back in 2015. His role includes MPS deployments, contract building, making technology enhancements, and MPS portal solutions to make our customers’ lives just a little easier! In the time that Eric has been at Atlantic, our Managed Print Fleet has increased by almost four times.

Before joining the ATO team, he was the Vice President of MPS Operations for a wholesaler. He earned his MBA at York College of Pennsylvania.

Outside of the office, Eric enjoys playing and watching soccer! He has played soccer since he was a kid.

Frank started with Atlantic back in 2013 as our Director of IT Operations and Managed Services. In this position, he leverages industry-leading technology and his experienced team to help implement solutions that enable companies to boost productivity.

His previous experience includes Lead IT Consultant and Director of Operations at other technology companies, where he gained project management and leadership experience.

Patti has worked at Atlantic since 2012, where she started as our Managing Director. In this role, Patti supports our Imaging Reps as a subject matter specialist in DMS. Over the years Patti has helped double our business!

Previously, Patti had her own consulting company that transitioned healthcare facilities to electronic document management solutions. She gained her education first-hand on the job!

Outside of the office, Patti volunteers for many different organizations and is an avid pickleball enthusiast!

Caroline has been a part of the Atlantic family for over 21 years! As our Director of Contracts, she is responsible for managing over 25,000 Customer Support Agreements across multiple divisions, assisting in new acquisitions, and providing her expertise for automation and process improvements.

Before joining our team, Caroline was the General Manager of an office equipment organization, where she gained her love for leadership. Outside of the office, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors playing golf, pickleball, and hiking.
